Hike (Not your pants)
Today was so beautiful outside, Lisa and I had to get out and enjoy it. After spending part of the afternoon at her brother and sister-in-law's for the niece's b-day bash we stopped by a friend's housewarming party. We then departed for the ever eventful "walk". The park we went to was in Kirkland. The trek down the hill to the waterfront was relatively easy (although there were numerous signs and caution tape telling us STAY OUT! Mudslides and Dangerous Conditions Ahead!!!!!). We paid for it in the end... Our journey back up the hill, in a different direction, was grueling. We realized that we are grossly out of shape and should never have attempted such a ridiculous climb. (It was like a 2 or 3 percent grade! Ha, ha, ha...)
We did make it back and are looking forward to gorging ourselves at dinner. Ham, mmmmm....

Going Postal!
Well, Monday morning is my moment of truth. At 9am I'll be taking the Postal Service Exam at the Bellevue Red Lion. It's a mere 3 1/2 hours of madness! The first part is what I'm most concerned about. After that it's clean livin'! I'm hoping and praying that will be my ticket up to the greater Seattle area. If you read this before the test I'd appreciate your prayers. (Thanks!)
This afternoon Lisa and I are going to her Aunt and Uncle's house in Maple Valley for an Easter dinner. All of her fam will be there as well as some cousins, nieces and others. It'll probably be a big squeal fest....mmmmm!! Hope you all have a very happy Easter.
UPDATE!!!
I finished the test and now have approx. 3 weeks to get my results. Ugghh... The waiting continues. As impatient as I sound, I believe God will give awesome direction through all of this. Trust and obey...

I'll inclue an Icon jacket, summer gloves and a HJC helmet. I'm asking $3,300.00 but am willing to negotiate. Send all inqueries to Brady at, smithbrady3@yahoo.com
